Do recommend for a quick stopover

Comfortable room, excellent amenities, with great HVAC system and a fridge to keep refreshments cool, making my stay enjoyable and convenient. The location is also fantastic, being just a short walk from McPherson Square and near to many attractions.

This place suits me perfectly! The friendly staff helped me with a car service on my first stay. Enjoy the 24-hour reception, wi-fi, and the bar lounge area. I keep coming back for a city break!

The gym, equipped with a rowing machine, stood out as a pleasant surprise. However, the walls seemed thin, allowing neighbor noise to seep through at times. Moreover, limited food options made dining less exciting, as we primarily had hot sandwiches during our stay.

Had an amazing trip with my friends! We visited the Nationals Park for a game and checked out the Verizon Center for some basketball action. The location was incredible, and the rooftop bar was a highlight for sunset views. I recommend checking out the bakery nearby for breakfast and enjoying the comfy beds.

Unfortunately, the dining experience could be improved. I noticed some delays at breakfast with tables not being cleared quickly enough, which made things a bit inconvenient.

great location but limited room space

The location of the hotel made exploring easy, as we were close to major attractions. The staff were exceptional in providing orientation and making us feel welcome.

The room size didn’t meet modern expectations, being consistent with its historic building background.

I had a nice stay at this hotel, with a lovely rooftop bar and an amazing location near the White House. The service was attentive, although the noise from events was somewhat disruptive. A fantastic experience balanced with a minor inconvenience.

Couple getaway with some setbacks

The staff was actually really kind and went out of their way to help me. One time when I was hungry, Mary at the front desk arranged a chicken sandwich for me even though the kitchen was closed. That was something else! And there was this moment when I found the room to be spacious and comfortable with nice toiletries.

Now, don’t get me wrong, it wasn't inexpensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Oh man, the rooftop bar served up the best views in the city, perfect for sunset selfies! Plus, the nearby Hamilton brought some wicked good eats to the table, making every meal an adventure.

But, the check-in felt like a hit-and-run. they hit me with surprise charges and some serious attitude. Not cool after a 20-hour trek! It's a shame 'cause the vibes and service could use a major glow-up.
